VCI Bore Tube emitters are spirally-wound tubing constructed to government drawing 7266299 and is designed for a safe and effective corrosion protection in firearms, spares and equipment.

When the VCI Bore Tubes are inserted into the barrels of rifles and the ends are sealed, they provide safe, clean, and dry rust protection for up to 24 months in proper storage conditions. When the tubing is removed, the part is ready to use without need for further cleaning or rework. Our VCI Bore Tubes are fully recyclable and repulpable.

Each VCI Bore Tube is spirally wound and constructed with the company’s VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor) paper, which is qualified to MIL-PRF-3420. The most popular is the 19″ tubing and is used in barrels and other cylinders up to 1″ in diameter.
