This valve is designed to facilitate a nitrogen gas purge of a Cepac® flexible barrier cover. Two valves are required in each cover. One valve is used to extract air from the cover and the other to inject nitrogen gas. It is also used to access the interior of a cover with the Thermo-Hygrometer (TH/605-H1) to check the percent of relative humidity inside.

Function

Operating Principle
When the connector CA-332 is inserted in the One-Way Valve it opens the valve so as to allow for the vacuum process or the injecting of nitrogen gas. When the atmosphere inside the cover has been treated to reduce the relative humidity to the desired level, the connector is removed from the One-Way Valve and the One-Way Valve closes, air tight.
